Chuck’s Bio

Chuck has twenty-five years’ experience working with C-Suite Executive and senior leaders across several countries and industries as an executive and transition coach.

He brings his vast transition and coaching experience helping people plan for retirement. Focusing on the psychological, social, physical, mental, and spiritual well-being in retirement, he also addresses professional-personal identity and purpose that come from work/career transitions.

Chuck approaches his work in a collaborative, and co-creative way. This partnership provides a more holistic approach, as he is passionate about his clients’ planning to achieve their objectives, and fully living the next part of their story.

Chuck is a Certified Professional Retirement Coach (CPRC) and an International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC). He holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro and is a member of the American Psychological Association. Chuck is also a founding Board member of the Justice Restoration Center, Legal and Anti-Human Trafficking Advocacy. He and his wife, Terri (who is retired), live on the Gulf Coast of Florida in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area.
